Rigorous criteria must be met before any consultant or trainer can be considered as a DFA candidate; in most cases, they must be corporate training professionals, hold advanced degrees in their qualifying fields, and evidence major contributions to the industry. Once selected as candidates, potential Dean Foster Associates consultants must complete a four-step certification process in order to be certified to consult and train on behalf of Dean Foster Associates. Finally, all Dean Foster Associates consultants are continually measured on performance scales, designed to insure only the highest level of consulting and training worldwide.
